Please make sure you include the following information for quick and smooth support:
- Latest Version
Make sure that you are using the latest update of our theme. - Freemius Secret Key, Envato Login or Purchase Code
You will be required to enter the Freemius Secret Key or Envato account / purchase code for Kalium 3 and other themes. - Link to your site
If something isn't working, please send us a link to the page where it isn't working. Also please be as short and descriptive as possible. - Include a WordPress login
The fastest way to help you is if you send us your WordPress credentials, in this way we can view your backend setup, or you can create a temporary login without a password (see how). - Prepare your installation
Disable your third-party plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty-Four) before you create the ticket. Please test this before opening your ticket so we can know if there's a conflict that needs to be resolved.
Support team works Monday through Friday and always strives to answer all questions within 24 hours. Questions will be answered in the order received.
Item support includes:

However, item support does not include:
