The Furniture demo you're looking for is unfortunately not available in Kalium 3. This is something we've made clear on ThemeForest, the product listed there is specifically Kalium 3, which is even reflected in the name.
If you'd like access to that demo, you have two options:
1. Apply for a refund via ThemeForest here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
2. Then purchase Kalium directly from our website, where that demo is available: https://kaliumtheme.com/pricing
