    Hi,

I purchased the Kalium theme based on your website stating that it is compatible with Elementor. However, after installing and testing the theme, I found that all demo content and core functionality are built with WPBakery, not Elementor.

This creates a misleading expectation, as the theme does not provide native Elementor-based demos, widgets, or editing experience. As a result, I am unable to use the theme in the way it was presented.

Due to this discrepancy, I would like to request a full refund.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi,

It looks like you purchased the theme from ThemeForest.net, where only Kalium 3 is sold — an older version that is compatible with WPBakery.

Kalium 4 is our latest version and is sold exclusively on our website:

    https://kaliumtheme.com/pricing

You can get the theme directly from our site at a much lower price and submit your refund request:

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

However, I would like to clarify that my purchase decision was based on the representation that the theme is compatible with Elementor. In practice, the version provided (Kalium 3 via ThemeForest) is built entirely around WPBakery, with no usable Elementor-based demos, layouts, or workflow.

This makes the theme unsuitable for my intended use, as I specifically require a native Elementor experience. The distinction between Kalium 3 (WPBakery-based) and Kalium 4 (Elementor-based) was not clearly communicated at the point of purchase, which led to a misleading expectation.

I appreciate your explanation, but being directed to purchase another version separately is not a reasonable resolution.

Therefore, I would like to proceed with a full refund request, as the product does not meet the expected functionality for Elementor-based development.

Please let me know if you require any further information to process this.

    Best regards,

    Hi again,

We would like to clarify that the version you mentioned is no longer just “another version.” As communicated to our customers, Kalium 4 is now exclusively sold on our own platform for a fully native Elementor experience: https://kaliumtheme.com/platform-change/.

This change is why the price on ThemeForest was increased from $59 to $119. The ThemeForest version (Kalium 3) remains WPBakery-based, while Elementor and Gutenberg demos and workflow are only available in Kalium 4.

If you want to request a refund via the standard Envato process, please check the link above in the previous reply. Otherwise, Kalium 4 is only available through our site.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team
