For some reason the hover color of links in the footer widget are not inheriting the color I've defined in the theme options. Instead, it's the default green you have in your demo.
Kindly open a new ticket and post your request so it will be helpful for the other users to take advantage of searching them on the forum, and we’re glad to help you in your new thread.
Please try to create your tickets with the one of those options http://drops.laborator.co/5me8 and it should work for you because other users are creating new tickets without any problem.
I have followed those instructions but at no stage am I asked to enter my credentials and so I cannot post a ticket and continually get the error "your purchase code is not valid". There is a bug in your system. I have four months of support remaining so I'd appreciate if you could either respond to my query in this thread or give me an alternate way of contacting support so that I can solve this link colour issue.
This is very very strange issue. I will contact the Ticksy author for this issue.
Unfortunately we can't respond to you on this thread because every time that you post here the email will be send to the user that created the ticket.

P.S: Please note that we usually do not respond to emails that request support, because Ticksy is our primary support forum.
