    Hello team,

I am very new with wordpress, so I do not understand what I need to do when I have the white pop up screen.

What do you exactly mean by:

    2. Replace it in this directory in your site: ~/wp-content/themes/kalium/assets/js/admin

where do I find the directory?

IF you mean pasting it at the end of my web page at the adress bar of the browser, this creates a 404 error.

I just dont want to waste more time in finding out what you mean....

    Thanks for your help

    Hi there,

We have just released version 2.0.3.1 which will fix most of the issues, so install the latest update via WordPress > Updates section or if you can't install updates automatically then download Installable WordPress file from ThemeForest and upload kalium/ files manually in wp-content/themes/ via FTP client and these issues will be fixed.

Please refer to this article Issues after upgrading to Kalium v2.0 – Fixes for more info.

    2.0.3.1 Changelog

FIX: Advanced Custom Fields plugin couldn't be activated
    FIX: Fixes for PHP 5.2.x
FIX: Product activation popup not loading in Safari and Firefox
FIX: Last column of each row in visual composer shown in new line
FIX: Some of the theme options not applying given value
    FIX: Child theme installation issue
    FIX: Product registration page error
FIX: Syntax errors on PHP 5.3.x or earlier versions

    Hi there,

to be precise I have a problem with the pop-up screen that opens when I try to update AND I do not understand the instructions you gave about issues after updating:

    1. Download this PHP File

    2. Replace it in this directory in your site: ~/wp-content/themes/kalium/inc

WHERE IS THIS DIRECTORY? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

    Thanks a lot

    Hi tinagency,

Can you please share your FTP credentials here please, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Hi tinagency,

No need for the FTP credentials.

We fixed this problem, this was a very rare problem and it happened because your server was blocking this.

Now you can activate and update your theme

Have a great week and Happy Holidays from Laborator.
