    Hello dear support team,

    can´t activate kalium 2.0.

    i got just a blanc page after clicking on "Activate Product" button.

    my Envato API Personal Token is entered.

    Any idea what to do?

    Thanks for reporting this issue. It is weird because no one didn't reported it till now.

    Can you please tell me how do you get this error, probably record your screen while getting it?

    Also please send your WP credentials so I can take a look at your site. Thank you.

    ehm, wow, yes it was the same way. In safari and mozilla browsers... both the same way and both had

    a blanc page after clicking on "Activate Product" button, like you see in my screen recording (attachment).

    I even tried to activate from your account. Without a positive result.

    Soo, how that problem can be solved. Any idea?

    May you can just activate it?

    Hello. I have a similar problem with the activation of the theme after the update to version 2.0. And because of this problem I can not upgrade to version 2.0.1. After clicking "There is an update for Kalium theme, your current version is 2.0 and latest version is 2.0.1. Click here to update the theme» " displayed the inscription, which in the screenshot.

    If i update via envato market that will be infinite loading

    I have the same problem. White blank page opening, so impossible to update the theme to version 2.1... If I turn off the adblock, no improvement... Thank you in advance

    same problem. Blank page opens. And the 2.0.1 update doesn't even get that far. Just get the loading sign .

    Please let me know if this is working for you.

    If you don't see the change immediately, please hard-refresh your browser (CTRL/CMD+R) because it takes longer to load the changes, as they are saved in browser cache. Another option is to open new private/incognito window and try if it works.

    I just edited your homepage and just added a text somewhere and everything is fixed now.
