I don't understand which questions you are referring to. Art asked me to send my WP Credentials, so I'm assuming you send that privately so no one can see the login details?? So can you tell me if this is going to be fixed or not without giving people public access to my WP details and creating another new ticket?
Also, I have already posted a ticket #983607 with questions that is public and had no response.
I don't understand the instructions on the update fixes as they are a bit vague, and still don't really explain whether it will effect the child theme and erase all of my data. It might be an idea to give more detailed instructions with reassurances that data won't be lost in any update.
For example, where is this Installable WordPress file from Themeforest? I've logged into Themeforest and don't understand where it will be. And what are the Kalium/ files? I thought it was 'Installable WordPress' and how do I install them manually? And what will happen when I do?

I can see that you are using Kalium 2.0 for the moment and the latest version is 2.0.3.1. So please just go to your Product Registration page and activate your product. Then you can update to the latest version of the theme.

I deactivated your Layer Slider plugin because i saw that you are not using this plugin. You can activate it if you need it later just by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.
P.P.S: I love "Europa" font that you are using on your site.

I have activated my product but it still won't allow me to update to the latest version of the theme. It still displays the same message (see attached screenshot). I'm not sure if you want me to create a new ticket for this issue so will create one anyway just in case.

I've updated the theme to version 2.0 and am using a child theme.

However it's now broken the header, I've attached a screenshot to show what it looked like and how it worked.
It now doesn't display the white background, it only appears on scroll but also deletes most of the letters in the logo as you scroll.
Can you tell me whats happened and how to fix it as soon as possible?
