Please refer to theme developer Arlind

Hi, I am having some clash with fancy product designer plugin. I have contacted to plug-in editor and he said that the reason that having the clash is because I'm not using the standard WooCommerce product image.  ''product-images nivo owl-carousel owl-theme.'' It seems this does not allow our plugin to change the image.

Is there any way we can edit back the code to show the standard woocommerce product image?

    many thanks,

    Vanessa

    Hi Vanessa,

The theme does not support the plugin so we cannot help you about it, we can't help you in issues you may have with any 3rd party plugins except the ones fully supported by us which are stated in the changelog.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

Hi, yes I do understand but I am just wondering is there anyway to change the code you are currently using to  the standard WooCommerce product image. As the one you are currently using ''product-images nivo owl-carousel owl-theme.''

    Hi Vanessa,

Yes that is possible and solution its fail-safe.

All you need to do is go to this folder in FTP:

    aurum/woocommerce/single-product/

    Then rename these files:

    • product-image.php
    • product-thumbnails.php

To any name, for example prepend some characters example: test-product-thumbnails.php

So the woocommerce will use default file for product-thumbnails and product image.

If the layout is broken, then switch back the names to previous ones, and we will look for another solution.

Hi Arlind, thanks for the solution. I have just tried but no luck. it shows blank on the product image. (please check attachment)

If possible, please let me know other solutions.

    thank you

    Hi Vanessa,

I've renamed those files again and put them out of use from our theme. Added some code in:

    wp-content/themes/aurum/woocommerce/content-single-product.php

And it turned to show the gallery.

The next time you apply an update, simply download this file:

    http://drops.laborator.co/Xqp2+

Then replace in this directory: wp-content/themes/aurum/woocommerce

    I hope you like it.

Hi Arlind, thanks for the help. It helps however, the product image does not show how they supposed to show like previously (like switch before add these code)..

    Please take a look.

    thanks,

    Hi Vanessa,

The problem here is that if we remove those Aurum template files for woocommerce product images, it will not be possible to have the same structure.

I have added custom CSS for thumbnails, because I forgot to do that, here is how it looks now:

Thanks a lot. All working great now :)

Just wondering do I need to add the custom CSS again after update ?

Also, do you have any idea what is this page happening ? Cause this shows after the updates:
    http://www.wovenlabel.com.hk/checkout/order-pay/5073/?pay_for_order=true&key=order_579080d7ed972

    Hi Vanessa,

It is all right, you don't need to worry about the update because the CSS will be not removed. Only you need to remove the files in single-product/ folder that I have mentioned in the beginning of this thread.

As for your other issue, please apply this quickfix (that we will add in the next update as well):

Download this file and replace it in this directory (of the theme): /woocommerce/checkout/
