I am trying to import a Demo and need to install Slider Revolution.

    It gives me this message:

    Hi Patricia5d,

Have you registered your theme first? If yes, and you can't install this plugin, then please send me your Wordpress credentials, because I need to login to your site and test this.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar (see how)so your reply will be private.

    Thanks!

    Hi Patricia,

I just went to Appearance > Install Plugins and I installed Slider Revolution plugin without a problem.

    Have a great day!

Hi there, I'm having the same problem too with installing Slider Revolution. I have tried to do what you did Ylli, but going to Appearance > Install Plugins but it's saying "Something went wrong with the plugin API." How can I fix this?

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,

    Cath

    Hi Cath,

Can you please send us your site URL and WP credentials on email? We need to investigate your problem and then get back to you with possible solution.

To send us email use this link *and please write us your request again*, because we receive a lot of emails on daily basis and we unfortunately can't remember all customer requests.

P.S: Please note that we usually do not respond to emails that request support, because we only provide support on dedicated support center. Also emails response time can be up to 7 business days.

    Best regards,
    Laborator Team

    Hi Art,

I worked it out! I deleted the revslider folder from the back end then reinstalled it via the dashboard.

    Thanks for your help.

    Cheers,

    Cath
