1— I want to add them a frame to make it more visible. This is a customization question and support doesn't offer customization services as we wrote on our support homepage. I will try to help you this time though.

Maybe you can add this CSS code on your Custom CSS area:

.single-post .comment-form {
    border: 1px solid red;
}

then change the red color on the code to the color your prefer.

2— To change that text you need to use Loco Translate plugin, for more informations please read this article.

3— To do that please go to your Custom CSS area and if you see this CSS code:

.contact-form input,
.comment-form input {
    background-color: transparent;
}

please remove it. If you don't see that CSS code then you can add this CSS:

.contact-form input,
.comment-form input {
    background-color: red;
}

P.S: I just fixed the button of the blogging demo too, it was a CSS code that we added on the Custom CSS area of the theme.
