You said that you can't create tickets on our system on the theme comments. Now you have created the ticket, so i wanted to ask you managed to create the ticket, with which method that i send you on the video.
Your credentials are not working for me, can you please check them and send me the correct ones please.
I fixed the problem for you. Now you can activate the product and update your theme to the latest version, please go to Appearance > Install plugins and install Advanced Custom Field Plugin.

May I ask you (out of curiosity) what was the problem that prevented the theme activation?

This is happening only on some servers that have some privileges disabled.
We will try to fix this problem for the next update too.
