I just updated to 2.031 on our staging site and have the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_laborator_show_image_placeholder() in /data01/c6225780/public_html/dev/wp-content/themes/kalium-child/tpls/portfolio-loop-item-type-2.php on line 139

Also, Kalium now shoes up twice in Envato Toolkit

    Hi thscreative,

Hmm this is very strange, because this is the first time we see this problem reported by any user.

Are you using Child Theme please? Have you edited any file on your theme?...

Van you please share your WP and FTP credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

To include your credentials click Insert Credentials button in editor toolbar. (See how)

    Hi thscreative,

Please delete those files on your inc folder (kalium-child/inc/) if you have replaced those files from the Main theme to the Child theme and the problem should be fixed.

    Hi Ylli

I'm afraid my Kalium-child doesn't have such a folder. See attached.

    Hi Chris,

Please remove tpls folder, because that folder is creating the problem.

    As the error is showing:

    tpls/portfolio-loop-item-type-2.php on line 139

so you are using old files on your child theme, this is rewriting the Main theme files.

Thanks Ylli, and a happy new year to you

I did what you suggested and the PHP error has gone.

...However, the custom Typekit font has now stopped loading in and other customisations have disappeared.

If you have a look at www.ths.co.uk, you will see what it should look like (and did look like before the update).

    Hi there,

    Great news

I can see that you are using "museo-sans" font now and your site is looking great. So what is the problem now please?

    Hi Ylli

I think you are mistaken. The staging site, dev.ths.co.uk , is a clone of our live site and this is the one that has been updated to the latest version of Kalium and is has experienced the issues ( I always update here first to avoid problems like these occuring on the live site).

www.ths.co.uk , which is our live site, has not been updated yet, I only gave this URL so you could compare and see what the staging site (dev.ths.co.uk) should look like, and did look like before the latest update.

    I hope this makes sense.

    Hi thscreative,

    Thanks for providing this information.

I just tried to enter on your (dev.ths.co.uk) WP  but the credentials are not working, so can you please send us the new ones? Also please send us the FTP credentials in case we need them.

    Hi thscreative,

I'm sorry but your WP and FTP credentials are not working for me. Video: http://drops.laborator.co/L3L3

Have you changed them? Please check if they are working as it should and send us the correct credentials.

    Have a great weekend!

    Hi thscreative,

Great, now your Wordpress credentials are working. They they weren't working before as you saw on the video.

Please just see this video tutorial that we made and you will be able to use your Custom Fonts:

P.S: You can delete Envato Toolkit and Envato Market plugins now because on the Kalium 2 when you activate the product, updates of the theme will show once they are available. So you can update the theme very easily.
