You just need to upload your best image size that you have and the Wordpress will take care for others.
The only thing that you can do then is to set your Catalog thumbnail size, you can select between Default, Original-Medium or Original-Large as you can see on this video that i made for you http://drops.laborator.co/fkrl

I get very confused with the image sizes in woocommerce configuration, then there's another image size specified in the theme settings...
