    Hi

    this is an already unanswered question which we also have:

    I would like to add “Portfolio items” to my homepage that only have one category. But, for some reason, it doesn’t let me filter category from the portfolio item builder. I typed in my category name(kirker_kulturarv), or slug name. My input disappeared right after I finished my typing and hit enter. Please advise… Thank you very much.

    Hi Thomas,

    Please enter filtering categories in Taxonomy field not in Category field and that should work for you:

    Hi Arlind,

    thanks but that´s not the problem. My programmer already tried this before. It seems to be a Visual Composer outdated version problem.

    my programmer could fix it. There must be existing projects under categories. Then it works.
