I have some more general questions regarding your terms of use ... so to speak.
Sign In by Email - Access to Support Archive
Although the current sign-in process is only mildly annoying, I was wondering if it is possible to sign in to your support site directly by email, as such an option is available on the Sign In screen.
So, how is that done or who actually is qualified to sign in to your support site by email? As a Kalium user, I find, that it is neither possible to register here (error: 'email adress already in use'), nor can I sign in using the email/password credentials that are in use over at Envato (error: 'email/password combination unknown' ... which is an expected result).
In general, I find it legit that you want to know who visits your support site, yet as a Kalium user that has 2 months left on the support clock, I'm not fond of the perspective that I have to pay in the future for just reading here. Is that realy your support policy? I find it relevant to put that question, because you moved your support over from Envato to this much more suitable place only a few months ago and might be open to reconsider that decission (to exclude registered users from reading here). And by the way ... the good and responsive support work which is proven here every day might help a hesitating future customer to purchase your product.
Kalium Updates
In the process of still familiarizing myself to the Wordpress business world and its habits, the question whether a product requires perpetual payments was not on my mind until recently. What is the case with Kalium updates? Will every user be eligible to install updates or only those, who have paid for ongoing support?
I tried to find an answer in the license documents yet couldn't find the information there.
So, for your first question, you are right because it might be confusing for some beginners here. We use Ticksy support system which is independent platform and not developed by Envato nor by us. However, they have been in strong collaboration with Envato author teams and Envato staff to make Ticksy system as better as possible and they did it!
The reason why I am saying this is because in the past, we were using Comments System in Item page, and that was messy, not good organized and communication was very difficult because in case you needed to input your credentials there should be sent a new email and it was very time consuming.
As for Ticksy, our support platform is open for all of our customers, no matter if you have support left or not you can still login to your account and read all the threads here, you can even write new one, however in that case, if that is specific request we are going to require a new support package in case it has expired, otherwise if you run into specific bug that is problem of the theme, we will always provide you with solution.

Updates are always available and free, once you purchase a copy of our product. In Kalium v2.0 we have implemented Automatic updates which will allow you to always get the newest version of our theme without any plugin or needing to download it manually.
Note that single Kalium license (Regular License) will be only permitted to one domain for usage, if you need to install into another into then you have to purchase another regular license of the theme.
Just another proof of the customer friendly approach of Laborator and partners. I hope this ticket that now can be closed is of some use for other beginners.
