Hi there, I recently purchased the kalium theme. I want to be able to use the premium slider revolution templates. It says its activated but I wasn't a direct buyer because it came in the package with the theme. how do I deactivate it to enter a purchase code.
Revolution Slider has made some features that are activated only if you purchase their plugin, those features (extra sliders) are not included for the users who get the plugin from a theme. So they want the users to buy a separate license to unlock it's extra Sliders. We know that this is not fair but this is their decision and we can't do anything about it.
If you have bought a copy of the Revolution Slider and want to activate it, then please activate one of the default Wordpress themes as (for example Twenty Sixteen) and then activate the plugin. When you activate the plugin then you can activate Kalium theme again.
Ok that makes sense, Im having another issue tho, when installing a new revslider template i get stuck with the spinning installing wheel see attached image, any solution to that?
Hmm i don't know why this is happening. Please contact Revolution Slider support for this problem and i'm sure that they will know what the problem is.

Anyway, you can go on this page https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/ and download one of the Free sliders that they offer, then you can import them locally
