    Hi,

    How can I customize the image sizes created and used in this theme? 

    1. The theme is stretching and cropping my images in a way that I don't want.

    2. My images are all square and I need the image sizes that the theme outputs to be square as well.

    I CAN deregister and then reregister in the functions file, but is there a way in the theme options to set these image sizes or even just change the proportion rather than do it manually?
