3— The problem is with your mail server (SMTP) which is not sending or receiving e-mails, this can be fixed by using WP Mail SMTP plugin in your WordPress and configure your mail server.
Note:
This is not a theme problem, but this is a server related problem, for more informations you should contact your hosting provider.
If you are in localhost emails do not deliver.
P.S. Don't "bump" your ticket! ...as this will send your ticket to the bottom of the queue! Instead, edit a previous response to avoid posting twice in a row.
But it doesn't respond. None of the clients had this kind of issue so I suggest you to contact your host and ask them where is the problem here, why cant you access this URL.
P.S: You are using an old version of our theme 1.9.4.2 , the latest version for the moment is 1.9.5.1, please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
After this, to update the plugins to the latest version that we support, just go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update them.
If you use LayerSlider plugin but can't update it, please just go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins again, you now can update and activate this plugin again.

Forget the API key, had some additional text on the end of the key :) Number 2 solved!

The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. Just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH

I've managed to fix this, I've just disabled SMTP mail sending and now the contact form is working.
