2— You can find this option by going to Theme Options > Blog Settings > Blog Page > and there you can see Thumbnail hover layer icon option

I'm asking because (see screenshots):
1. It says on the Kalium pre-sale website that a Masonry layout (thumbnails of different heights) is possible for the Blog
2. In the Wordpress backend Laborator > Blog Settings there is also an option for a Masonry layout
Unfortunately all i'm getting are fixed height thumbnail rows (grid, not masonry) which is disappointing despite these options promised. I thought it might be a bug but since Elliot here asked the same apparently not?

Hello. Thank you for this great theme. I am working with Blog Masonry and I have some questions please.
1. Featured image. I would like for this NOT to be automatically cropped or sized. I'd like the ratio I upload to be maintained. Is this possible?
2. Hover animated eye icon. Can we disable the eye icon?
3. The text excerpt. can we remove padding to extend left to right full width?
4. The icons of category, tags, date. Can we disable the icons?
