No matter what i do, i can't get the portfolio page (from the freelancer demo pack) to go from 2 columns (2 items per row) to 3 items per row. Want the masonry type layout. Theme options shows i can do it, but it won't affect the actual site.

I can't - my support has expired (which surprised me, it hasn't been that long)
Sorry but I can't justify paying an extra $40 right now when the question has been answered here...everything else works seamlessly and fantastically and it really is one of the best built and most flexible themes I've ever worked with.
Thank you for your kind words, we really appreciate that
Support is included for free for 6 months, and as you can see you have bought our theme on April 28 and the support ended on October 28 (6 months period).
Can you please try to be very specific about the question and explain it more to us, in this way we can easily understand you and give you the proper answer.
Also please share your WP credentials here, because I need to login to your site and test this issue. Your information is safe here (private) in this thread.

I just received a phone call to say my wp credentials were public (thank you whoever you are)!!!
I followed your instructions to add wp credentials and I stupidly didn't check, but indeed they were public. How can I get them to you privately - posting here is not private!
I really appreciate your reply. I thought the support was for a year... I'd be happy to pay it if I needed any more than this, but it seems it's a recurring issue - I see lots of people have posted about it but I can't find an answer. If I have any more problems then I'll pay for extra customer support, but I don't think I will as this theme works brilliantly otherwise and is so easy to customise.
So my problem is the same as the original poster here - changing the 'items per row' number has no effect - stuck on 3 columns. How can I get you my login details? This is the URL
Can you please give us more details where are you changing this? On the Theme Options > Portfolio Settings > Portfolio Layouts ? If yes, then those changes are for the http://vurtmedia.co.uk/portfolio/ page only.
P.S: You are using an old version of our theme (1.9.5) and the latest version for the moment is (1.9.5.1), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)
If you are using Envato Market plugin to update your theme, just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you are using LayerSlider plugin but can't update it, please just go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate this plugin again.
Please update your Wordpress too because you are using an very old version.
