Hello,
When I do a search, the box gets me over the letters of the menu. How I can do to prevent this from happening?

Hi Javier,
I would suggest you to use the CSS below to make the menu items more narrow, and there will be more space for the search bar:
.site-header .ubermenu.ubermenu-skin-none .ubermenu-item.ubermenu-item-level-0>.ubermenu-target { padding: 25px 15px; }

when low down the page, it's the same. It only works when I'm up

It seems strange,
Can you test this out:
.site-header .ubermenu.ubermenu-skin-none .ubermenu-item.ubermenu-item-level-0>.ubermenu-target { padding: 25px 15px !important; }
