Hmm this is very strange, as we don't have this issue on our theme, and never heard of this issue. It should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
This plugin: WordApp - Wordpress to Mobile App plugin for WooCommerce & BuddyPress is breaking a lot of things on your theme.

No worries about the upcoming updates, the issue will not appear as long as you keep those values in Theme Options, so the new update will not make any changes.

but the thumbnails also rectangle， we can check source code, it still 550*710 and the files, no any files like we set the same pixels.
I think that it should be square image as we set pixels, not only show square image, if this, this is have problems for future

I've corrected thumbnail sizes in Theme Options > Shop Settings:
(view large version)
I've regenerated images only for that product and the images are square now:
http://www.viphair.com/product/brazilian-straight-human-hair-1pcs/
You will notice that the 3rd image is not square:
(view large version)
The reason is because that image is 430x550 and your defined thumbnail size is 550x550.
FYI you need to run regenerate process again, I've regenerated thumbnails only for that product.
