I set up my site (still working on it), but I would like to know how to add an icon the the hover over state of images in the portfolio. Like a shopping cart or a view icon. When you hover over images now, it just shows a colored layer and an optional title.

Something like that. I want to insert an icon in the 'hover over state' - similar to what you showed me. I have attached a screen shot with a 'view' icon (just made a quick photoshop thing, so it's quite rough). Right now, when you hover over the image, it'll just say the title and nothing else. I would like to add a 'view' icon or a 'shopping cart' icon.

But the title will be under the thumbnail not on the thumbnail.
