Im only offering one product for the winter, how can i make it so that i dont have to delete any other products but so that the user only sees that one product set as a featured product?

Hi,
In this case go to Products and click Edit for products that you want to hide, in Publish section set Visibility to Private:
(view large version)
They will not be shown in catalog.
