I have a pageable container under "Customer Feedback" on the homepage of the provided URL (it's set to autoplay). If you scroll past it so it's out of view, the next time it switches slides automatically, the page automatically scrolls up to the point where you can see half of that section. How can this be fixed?
Thanks for writing in! Would you please provide us with some mockup screengrabs designated with the issues? So that we can offer you with a detailed response.
You can upload screenshots on this site if you don't know any other service.
Thanks for responding back! Upon checking in Chrome browser, we are not able to reproduce the same issue at our end. You may try out the following:
– Try using different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge). – Try using “Chrome incognito” mode, (by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+N) while using Chrome. – If you have an Antivirus installed, try deactivating it for a while and re-check this issue.
You are actually using an old version of our theme too (1.9.4.1) and the latest version for the moment is (1.9.4.2), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)
If you are using Envato Market plugin to update your theme, just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.
Every single time I try to do the Envato Market auto-update, it never works, and this time was no different.
Something has changed since you wrote that blog, because the screenshots do not look the same. They only ask for the API key (not marketplace username), and the API key under Settings does not work.... And there is no tab that says "Themes" either.
Aside from the Envato problem, I updated the theme and Visual Composer and that solved the problem. I would still like to know why the Envato market never works

This is very strange, because i added our oAuth code and everything is working as it should, you can see on this video http://drops.laborator.co/1ffEq
Please follow the instructions on the plugin http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH and you will have any problem.
