Revolution Slider has made some features that are activated only if you purchase their plugin, those features (extra sliders) are not included for the users who get *the plugin from a theme*. So they want the users to buy a separate license to unlock it's extra Sliders. We know that this is not fair but this is their decision and we can't do anything about it.
If you have bought the plugin, then please activate a default theme of Wordpress such as TwentyFifteen and then you can de-register and register your RS purchase code

I tried to download a template from Rev Slider and got this message:
"downloading template slider from server... Purchase Code is invalid"
So then I purchased my own license for Rev Slider and tried to de-register the Kalium purchase code, and I couldn't re-register it.
Please let me know how I can resolve this.

Anyway, you can go on this page https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange and download one of the Free sliders, then you can import them locally.
