Thank you for your reply. I removed the theme I installed originally along with all the plugins. I installed the correct theme as shown in the video. When I installed all the plugins I was given the same line error. See screenshot. Should I be concerned? I won't move forward until I hear back because I had to wipe all the work I did before customizing. Please advise.
This problem is not happening from our theme, this is a problem of Wordpress or your hosting provider has blocked some mysql settings. Please make sure that you are using Kalium 1.9.4.2 and you are using latest version of Wordpress 4.6.1. If this problem is still present please contact your hosting provider.
Ylli, Thank you for the reply. I've made sure the correct versions of both wordpress and the theme are installed, and both are. I suppose my next step is to contact my host provider. Can you advise on what I should ask them to look into? Do I ask about anything specific to mysql settings? My hosting is with InMotion and it is a wordpress setup. Any help would be appreciated. I'm noticing that my forms and the google mapping on the contact page isn't working either.
Hi there,
I just installed your theme and was given the attached message upon upload. Can you inform me if this is a major issue. Should I be concerned?
Many thanks,
Candice
