1. You need to remove the padding that has been added from some custom CSS, if you cannot do this please provide your login credentials in a private ticket.
2. Have you installed any third party plugin? This seems to be caused by any plugin because this never happened to any of our customers.
3. The problem is with your mail server (SMTP) which is not sending or receiving e-mails, this can be fixed by using WP Mail SMTP plugin in your WordPress and configure your mail server.
Note:
This is not a theme problem, but this is a server related problem, for more informations you should contact your hosting provider.
If you are in localhost emails do not deliver.
4. How do you want it to be, if you want to make it sticky you can change these settings from Laborator > Theme Options > Header and Logo where you can enable the sticky menu.
