    Hi Support,

    The section in the checkout page where customers are to fill out their billing info has disappeared entirely. I am wondering why this has happened and how to solve this problem.

    Sorry, I meant to say the field where customers are required to fill out their Shipping Address.

    Hi Minnoe,

    This can't happen, and this is the first time i hear this.

    Anyway i saw that you are using Kalium 1.9.4.1 and yesterday we released version 1.9.4.2.

    So can you please update your theme and check if this issue is still active?

    On Envato Market plugin just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH

    Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

    If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.
