You are using an old version of our theme (1.9.3) and the latest version for the moment is (1.9.4.1), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.

If you are using Envato Market plugin to update your theme, just follow this little procedure http://drops.laborator.co/pLFH

Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.

Then to check your question, can you please send us your WordPress username and password? We need to investigate your site and then get back to you if we have possible solution. Make sure to choose Private Reply when you send us sensitive informations!

1— I did this for you by placing 0 on the "Related Products Count"

2— As we have mentioned on the changelog:

If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate it. 
Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and activate the plugin again.

this will fix the update problem :)
