I have an issue with saving one of my sliders in Revolution Slider. I'm asking you for help here because Theme Punch won't provide support since it's bundled with the theme. Thanks so much in advance!
Slide id=14 "Services".
Suddenly, when I try to make some changes to the responsive settings and try to Save Settings, I get this message "Field Slider ID should not be empty." I can't figure it out for the life of me!
You are using an old version of our theme ( 1.9.1) and the latest version for the moment is (1.9.4.1), please update theme first and then the premium plugins.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)
To update our theme through Envato Market plugin just follow this easy procedure:
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Pluginsto update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance >Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.
I've updated the theme as well as wordpress itself (there was no update for Revolution Slider). Unfortunately, this doesn't help the problem I am having with the slider. Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated!
I am able to make changes on that slide in the Responsive, what do you want to change so I can try and do it for you if you're not able to do it (that's strange, yes).
I was able to work around things on that particular slide so no need to change anything anymore. However, I am now seeing the same issue on slider id=22 (millwork and construction). I need to change it from "Hero" to "Standard Slider" but whenever I try to save it, I get "Field slider ID should not be empty".

Hi Art, here's a screenshot of the error I'm getting whenever I try to make changes on that screen.
Hi Ines,
I tried fixing this but without luck, the best is to create a new slider that would be the same but you can change it's layout from the beginning.
Best regards,
