    Hi, We love the Aurum theme and have just set up our first Woocommerce site for a client but they are complaining that when you scroll down the products on the necklaces pages there are blank gaps between certain product items. We want rows of 4 products flowing down the page but just CANNOT get it to work. We have tried manually adding numbers to each product using the "custom ordering position" but that doesn't work either. PLEASE HELP!

    Hi Martin,

    You are using an old version of our theme (2.9.2) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.4), please update theme first and then the premium plugins.

    The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)

    To update our theme through Envato Market plugin just follow this easy procedure:

    Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Pluginsto update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.

    If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance >Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.

    Hi, I have downloaded Envato Market and uploaded it to my plugins. I have then generated an API key which is: xH4SrWu0vSZdU6CflXbmDDmAUUvZeypl but it won't update Aurum from 2.9.2 and now all I can see is the "settings" Tab. The Plugins and Theme tabs have disappeared (see attached)! HELP!

    Hi Martin,

    Your issue seems to be fixed now that I updated the theme, I had to deactivate most of your plugins which were causing troubles and blocking me to update the theme, there are many unnecessary plugins in your plugin list.
