In my Spanish version (2nd language) in the PORTFOLIO HOME PAGE, lightbox autoplay controls and progress bar are not shown. They do appear when clicking on a category, but not for the ALL category.
In the English version, it happens the same, but not always. Sometimes lightbox controls do show when clicking ALL, but sometimes they don´t.
When I enable lightbox thumbnails, autoplay controls and progress bar are not shown, so I turned it off and it works just fine (as you noticed). For me is ok no to enable lightbox thumbnails, but maybe you should check why this happens.

I was checking your site in both languages and they are shown the same:
Spanish (first item):

English (first item as well):

Can you tell me how can I reproduce the issue if I am doing something wrong here or not answering your question properly.
