I'm unable to update this theme because I cannot find Envato Toolkit, which your instructions say should be in the sidebar or waiting to be activated. it is not. There is Envato Marketplace but this looks different from your guides. When I try to use that it asks for the Envato API Personal Token - is that the same thing as generating an API through Envato? And then it asks for the Envato Item ID - so where do I find that?!

To update our theme through Envato Market plugin just follow this easy procedure:
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.
