I have a submenu on my page with anchor links / one page navigation. I'm using the header style that auto shows header on scroll to top, and hides when you scroll down. My problem is that my anchor links leaves a "gap" in equal size to the header when they scroll down to content. You can see it for yourselves here: http://grow-web.emywelin.se/services/ if you click Transformation / Experiences / Stories. I would like my anchor link sections to be shown at the exact top of the site, with no gap for the non-existing header. Can this be fixed? If you can't give the solution, please give a bit of guidance at least. I'm quite familiar with HTML / CSS / a bit javascript, so if you just tell me what files control this behaviour I think I can sort it out myself.
I also have a question regarding the auto-hide sticky menu. Is it possible to make it appear "faster"or after less up-scroll? I think it takes to long time for the menu to show on especially mobile device.
For your other question, we are actually working on a new version of sticky menu and it should be able to provide more options, the current version works only that way.

Hi Emy,
If you want a row to occupy the minimum of browser height then in Visual Composer editor (backend) check "Full height row" option for the current row:
