I have put in some text in the block provided under the product category (in this case LAPTOP BAGS) but this is not being displayed on the category landing page at the moment.

How can I enable this text to be displayed?

Yes the description of the Product Category is not being displayed

The product category description will not be shown as this is not available in the theme yet, we have to add this as a feature in the upcoming update as it seems like a missing option.
