Yes, this can be fixed however you need to replace one file (which will be included in the upcoming updates):

Download this file and replace it in this directory (of the theme): /tpls

The code to display "full image" in lightbox is:

add_filter( 'kalium_single_post_link_thumbnail_size', laborator_immediate_return_fn( 'original' ) );

The above code should be added in the end of functions.php file. When you update the theme, apply this code again (in case you are not using Kalium child theme).
