Unfortunately we don't have this option in our theme right now, it is on top of our to-do list for the upcoming updates so it we will implement it as soon as we can.

1. Couldn't understand this question, can you please explain again.

2. Ordering the categories in the Filter of Portfolio Items cannot be done directly through WordPress or the Theme Options, you can do it by using a plugin named Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order (which I already installed for you), then you an simply Drag and Drop the categories of Portfolio that will appear in the Portfolio Filter.

3. Fixed this with some CSS, are they how you wanted to be?

4. You can change the ordering of Portfolio Items easily by using the Post Types Order plugin, install and activate it, manage the ordering easily by dragging the titles of the items and don’t forget to Save all changes.

Please don't forget to go to Settings > Post Types Order > and activate Auto Sort option
