What would happen when a customer did not choose "Calculate Shipping" button? I saw there is no "Promt / Warning text" to ask them to choose calculate shipping. And there is no shipping charges when a customer did not choose calculate shipping. How to fix this? Thanks.

Actually, shipping rules are set in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
It doesn't matter whether if user uses "Calculate Shipping" form, it will automatically validate the selected (shipping) country.
