I made my Aurum themed site live and I noticed a few issues when viewing on an Iphone 5 and Iphone 6 on the vertical view on the phone.
1. The background image for my slider is extremely zoomed in. When I switch to horizontal view, it gets a little better but I would like it to look like how it looks on a computer screen, not distorted like that.
2. When I expand the footer, the "Contact" text is overlapping the "Connect" text, it's not going below.
3. At checkout, the shipping options and all the other texts are squeezed in and doesn't display the prices correctly, they are getting cut off.
You are using an old version of our theme (2.9.3) and the latest version for the moment is (2.9.4), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.
If your questions are still active, then feel free to tell us and please send us your WordPress username and password. We need to investigate your site and then get back to you if we have possible solution.

Thank you for the information. My theme didn't come with the toolkit, I only have the Envato Market plugin on the side and doesn't have many options within it.
Where can I find the toolkit, I tried to search for it as a plugin but nothing appeared.
Ok, so on my Envato account I decided to create a Token as it suggested and I did, it then showed me a page to update my theme and it gives me this error: "Update Failed. Unable to connect to the filesystem. Please confirm"
We where using Envato Toolkit plugin then Envato deprecated this plugin and Envato Market plugin, so for the future clients of our theme we added Envato Market plugin
Just follow this little tutorial for the Envato Market plugin.
Please note that you need oAuth key on this plugin and not API key, but the plugin itself has the guide inside so i'm sure that you will manage to update your theme through this plugin :)
Ok so.. That error message never went away even after trying other tokens so I went to Appearance and the theme said it had and update and I updated it from there and it was successful.
When I checked my Envato Market, it showed my current version. I also upgraded my WP, no other plugins needed upgrading.
I then deactivated my Layerslider as instructed and reactivated it.
The problem is still there on my mobile device, i deleted all cache and restarted my phone and all the issues are still there ...

So, I went to my Laterslider and entered my Slide Options and entered the two images (was not set before) and now on the mobile view, a short expanded view of the iange appears and them quickly transitions into the image that I want.
Still trying to figure out why the Contact in footer is overlapping and now as I went further, when I add shipping info, the summary is all distorted and every letter of "shipping" for example appears on a separate line ....

Have you removed the shipping options because I am not having any problems in the mobile view, have you managed to fix it? Or which phone are you using so we can know what the issue may be.
I don't know if this is related, but in my WP > Products the attached image shows how my WP looks and that's pretty much how the products in the Checkout is looking. I tried on Iphone 6 and it's the same problem at Cart and Checkout.
I actually didn't deactivate anything, I just logged on and saw that about 90% of my plugins were deactivated and Ylli is the only other person with my login credentials.
I see what you did as shown in the attached images but now the description in shipping part is cut off and at checkout, the prices are on individual lines ... Is there a way so that it can appear all on one line with some type of 'justification' or something.
I mean I can always try and shorten my text if there's no other way

Yes, I have tried that step and it gives me an error as in the attached image.
The erro message cuts off at "...Please confirm your"

Ok so.. That error message never went away even after trying other tokens so I went to Appearance and the theme said it had and update and I updated it from there and it was successful.

Thank you, that did fix the problem with the footer not lining up.
And lastly the issues on Cart and Checkout on my mobile device as shown in the attached images.
Cart: The words are disconnected and appear on different lines and can't see the price for shipping
Checkout: The letters of the words are all separated into different lines

Actually now that I look at it again, making the text shorter won't help in the checkout prices showing up like that I think.

On the horizontal view everythings fine but regular vertical view on my phone the numbering is still on separate lines
