I've set, in Theme Options > Portfolio slug to 'works'. In pages, I've created a Works page with Slider Revolution and Portfolio Items. But if I go to /works, I'm seeing only the Portfolio without the Slider. And if I add Block text or other elements, I won't be able to see them either. The /works page is only a Portfolio and doesn't apply VC elements.
If I reset the slug to 'portfolio', it works! The /works page is displayed with Slider + Portfolio Items BUT the links on each elements are '/portfolio/item-name' not '/works/item-name'. Is there a way to achieve that?
I've just checked theme options, and saw a slug 'works' for portfolio-categories?! I don't remember setting it, but since I did a lot of tries, I may have did it at one time. I've removed it, updated permalinks, and now it's working. The /works page displays what I want, the links to items are /works/item-name, and when I click, I have the item page. Perfect!

On the item page, I see that the link 'back-to-portfolio' is wrong. I don't know if it's linked to my custom theme or when the slug change. I copy/paste the HTML code here:

So if the "Back to portfolio" is not working now, simply copy the URL of your works page, and then paste it in Theme Options > Portfolio Settings > Single Page > Portfolio archive URL:
