This is in regard to introducing / changing the css stuff in your theme - Aurum:
1. When I open the any css file in notepad+ everything is shown as continuous line without any line-break; consequently it is very cryptic and I am not able to make any changes to the file. Can you please let me know how do I open the file so that it appears as regular well laid out css file and it is easier for me to make the changes to it.
2.Are there any guidelines for making changes to the css files which I am missing here.
1— What file are you trying to use please? Our theme files are minified, and those files are not meant to be edited by the users. You should add CSS only on the Custom CSS area of your theme, in this way when you update the theme your CSS modifications will be saved.
