I am unable to login to my woocommerce dashboard with the oxygen theme running.

This is a Wordpress functionality and themes has nothing to do with this. Maybe you can login from this page?
Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don't come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.
Well I am unable to login in order to disable any plugins. But I contacted my web server about this yesterday and they switched me to a default theme to test the issue and I was able to login with a default theme running, so the problem seems to be the theme. I reverted back though so that my site would not be disrupted for my customers. How would you like me to proceed?

Hmm this is very interesting.
You are using an old version of our theme (3.9.6) and the latest version for the moment is (4.0), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.
Then if after the update the problem is still present lease send us your WordPress and FTP username and password? We need to investigate your site and then get back to you if we have possible solution.
