I originally added the Kalium contact form widget to this contact page because I liked the style. My client just requested that a phone number be added, and it doesn't look like the Kalium contact form has that option, so I added a Ninja form. Can you provide code that would allow me to style the Ninja form like the Kalium form? See attached.

Hi Jon,
Actually we only do "simple styling" on Ninja Forms, so we will try to make Ninja forms looks the same style like contact form in our theme.
I've added this to our Todo list so we will work about this feature and implement in the future updates.
