I updated your theme because you had an old version 1.9.1 and the latest one is 1.9.3. I also updated your premium plugins.

So, when I watched your video I noticed these options where checked:

So I have created this test page with custom query for you:

If you want to make it "masonry style" (dynamic image height) set this settings:

"Masonry Style Portfolio" works differently:

So you have to add items manually in "Masonry Items" tab. Some examples of this are shown here:
