After trying to save settings I saw that PHP limits are not applied and thus there is Memory Limit error being generated:

[02-Aug-2016 09:09:47 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12288 bytes) in /home/snaphookah96/public_html/wp-content/themes/aurum/inc/lib/lessphp/Less.php on line 8163

Is it possible for you to increase PHP limits to 256M because right now the server is showing 64M memory limit.

Yes you did it the right way, just leave it in 256M and you won't have problems with the memory limit anymore.
