You can change the font and sizes in Laborator > Theme Options > Typography but if you want more specific changes you can tell us which part of paragraph in your site you want to change and also we would need your site URL to give you the proper CSS for it.

You can't change the size right now as that's not possible, can you tell us which part of the site you want to change the font size and we will give you the proper CSS for that, also we will need your login credentials to see it live or better disable the maintenance mode then.

Yes, it is coming in version 2.0 of the theme with a lot of new features.

The following CSS is for all the paragraphs across your site:

p {
    font-size: 18px !important;
}

So if you want to change other things just specify the part you want to change the size.
