Demo Content Won't Install

    Hello,

I have been on the phone all morning with my IT guy and host provider to check the PHP Configuration Parameters so that they correlate with the values you suggest. This has been done. However, when I go to the Demo Content Install in Laborator, it shows my max_execution_time to be set at 0 (kind of impossible, otherwise nothing would be loading at all! There is a Image attached)

This is incorrect and it has been changed via cPanel to be 180 however it's not showing up on the Demo Content Install page and if I try to install the Architecture Content Pack anyway, the Wordpress Content comes up with a red X (image attached) and I get this error message: [ErrType: xml-wp-content] (image attached)

If someone could please get back to me urgently, I'd really appreciate it.

I have a completely different theme going at the moment as yours isn't installing properly and would like to get it up and running as soon as possible.

I thank you in advance for any help you may provide.

    Thanks,

    Jess

    Hi Jessica,

    Sorry for the caused issues.

Is it possible for you to send your WP credentials, so I will try to install Agency demo content for you.

Make sure to choose "Private Reply" when you send us sensitive information!

Note that I will need to reset all site contents before installing this demo content, so I hope that is fresh installation of WordPress.

    Hi Jessica,

After logging in to your site I saw that you already have content installed in your site so I didn't imported the dummy content.

It is recommended when you want to install demo content to use fresh installation of WordPress because your content is going to be messed with the original content and dummy content, which will make it harder for you to maintain the site.

Can you set up a new WordPress site and I will install demo content for you.

I see that the template you are using is already filled with content, but implementation of our theme is different, and it cannot use the content structure of a different theme, because each developer of WP theme has its way of creating and maintaining the theme code.

Only the blog part will work properly after switching the theme, other things need to be configured to work with that theme, as wordpress is extensible and has many ways of implementing those features.

I hope I was clear on my explanation.
