Hi, it seems that Kalium Lightbox doesn't work properly with Chrome Browser. When opening a gallery via Lightbox, e.g. http://demo.kaliumtheme.com/photography/ neither clicking through the thumbnails on the bottom nor "swiping" through the images with your mouse (like you can do with Firefox or Edge) works. Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks, Alex
Hmm i just checked this and it is working for me on latest Chrome (version 51), you can see that on this video that i made for you http://drops.laborator.co/Is9l
Hi Ylli, thanks for your reply. I can see that you're using Chrome for Mac, however on Chrome for Windows (Version 52) it's not working. Please can you also have a look with a Windows (virtual) machine and let me know how to resolve it. Thanks & regards, Alex
We use lightGallery for that part of the theme, i can see that there is one update from this plugin author, and we will try to update the files on the next version of Kalium soon.
Hi Ylli, I'm now using Chrome Version 52.0.2743.82 m (64-bit) on Windows 10, however it's still not working (including Incognito mode).
Actually, it works ONLY when you deactivate "One-line thumbnails (swipe nav)" in the "Lightbox Options" section under "Portfolio Settings". However this doesn't make sense if you have hundreds of images to show.
The only way to know if this will be solved is updating the lightbox gallery. So here is what you need to do:
1. Download lightGallery latest version from here.
2. Head to dist/ folder, copy those files and drop them to: wp-content/themes/kalium/assets/js/light-gallery/
Then check if that will fix the issue.
If you don't see the change immediately, please hard-refresh your browser (CTRL/CMD+R) because it takes longer to load the changes, as they are saved in browser cache. Another option is to open new private/incognito window and try if it works.
Thanks for your info - sorry for my late reply. Updating the lightbox gallery didn't have any impact (actually, it also didn't work on http://sachinchoolur.github.io/lightGallery/demos/). However, I've just installed the latest Windows 10 update and guess what... It now works smoothly! I hope this malfunction only occurs for a very small group of people...

Hi Alexander,
I just tested this with Chrome 52 on Windows 7 but i can't replicate the problem that you reported.
You can see how the gallery works for me on this video that i made for you http://drops.laborator.co/14baN
Hmm this is really strange - I'm using Version 52.0.2743.82 beta-m (64-bit) on Windows 10 and it's still not working :-/
Hi Alexander,
Yes that is strange. Can you please try it with stable version of Google Chrome and on incognito?

Hi Alexander,
I am glad to hear that, it seems that it is very specific error so I guess you are right, there are very few users that use the same browser version.
Have a great day.
