You are using an old version of our theme (1.9.2) and the latest version for the moment is (1.9.3), please update your theme first and then the premium plugins too.
The easiest way to update our themes is if you use Envato Toolkit or Envato Market plugin. On this link How to update Themes and Plugins you can learn this easy step-by-step procedure :)
Important: After you update the theme please don't forget to go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update all your premium plugins to the latest version that we support.
If you can't update LayerSlider, go to Plugins and deactivate this plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins, you now can update and then activate Layer Slider again.
There is one more issue in portfolio sorting. The sorting is working weird.
All the items of some categories is not displayed. For example I have 8 items in category 'Mobile'. When I click on "Mobile" in first portfolio page I can see only 3 items and 5 other items are displayed in the second portfolio page.

The problem with Normal Pagination is that only items that are shown will be filtered in that page. So the ones that are contained in other pages are not possible to shown (in your case from Mobile category).
You can disable "JavaScript filtering" option and when user clicks in category it will refresh the page to show the projects of that category.

When I'm in second page of portfolio the link "2" is still clickable and I can't pass back to first page.

I've updated the theme now and all the plugins are up to date and the issue exists.
